  • Facilitate communication from Manager/ Executives
  • Creates agenda, takes minutes and disseminates them accordingly
  • Follow up on action items requires by Manager/ Executive
  • Suggests more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions and misses opportunities
  • Reviews and recommends changes to Company policies
