  • Managers Executives calendars and schedules meetings
  • Makes travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Maintains daily expense reports and prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Oversees the performance of other clerical staff
  • Formats information for internal & external communication – memorandums, emails, presentations and reports
  • Takes minutes during meetings and sends them to stakeholders
  • Screens and directs phone calls and correspondence
  • Organizes and maintains the office filing system.
