- Point of contact to Manager
- Manages diary of the Line Manager
- Prepares report for Manager
- Liaises with Manager’s other direct reports to arrange meetings, schedule client calls and ensures presentations are ready for meetings
- Handles expense claims and reimbursements
- Ensures the filing system is up to date and Manager can easily access necessary files
- Devices and maintains office filing system
- Prepares client presentations
- Maintains diary
